About Our Healthcare Options
SWCA offers Healthcare to all our members through the TPM Trust. Members with companies that have 10+ employees can offer their employees a great healthcare option with Cigna.
The TPM Trust is a Self-Funded Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) giving the Trust the ability to advocate and negotiate the best rates and plans available.
Plans are offered to SWCA members through a network of preferred brokers, so make sure to talk to you brokers about switching your insurance to SWCA’s Healthcare through TPM.

How many employees do I qualify for healthcare?
- A minimum of 10 full-time employees that will enroll in the plan
When can I join?
- Members can join our healthcare program the first of any month, with about 45 days lead time
Are these options for Dental, Vision, and Disability?
- Yes!
