TPM Transparent

SWCA offers Healthcare to all our members through the TPM Trust. Members with companies that have 10+ employees can offer their employees a great healthcare option with Cigna.

The TPM Trust is a Self-Funded Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) giving the Trust the ability to advocate and negotiate the best rates and plans available.

Plans are offered to SWCA members through a network of preferred brokers, so make sure to talk to you brokers about switching your insurance to SWCA’s Healthcare through TPM.

Health Plans

- Embedded $10,000 Employee life and AD&D policy - Embedded off-the-job accident policy; up to $300 reimbursed per incident - Virtual primary care: $0 copay - Lab & x-ray: first $500 covered in full; then deductible and coinsurance - Emergency room: $250 copay; then covered in full (copay waived if admitted) - Office visits (primary care, specialist, urgent care, chiropractic, outpatient rehab, traditional telemedicine) covered at the same plan designated copay - All preferred Rx’s are copays; non-preferred are 30% up to $250 per Rx

How many employees do I qualify for healthcare?

  • A minimum of 10 full-time employees that will enroll in the plan

When can I join?

  • Members can join our healthcare program the first of any month, with about 45 days lead time
